Pilates for Runners

Pilates for Runners is a basic mat class that targets core strengthening to prevent injuries and make you a stronger runner.  Classes are taught by Pilates Core Training professionals. This 8 week series begins Wednesday, September 22, 2010.  Classes are 60 minutes on Wednesdays from 11 to noon.
